Nice products but that's about it. You want to return an item? Make sure to write them an email, asking where you can even send it, then they demand pictures of the items plus packaging to determine if they're in good enough condition to return (all that is against EU Law but they still do it, even if you tell them in the email) Then you send them the products and even tho the return facility contacted the support weeks ago, there's still no refund. Then I tried logging into my account to see if I can find real invoices for my orders but I didn't save the password so I had to reset it. However, instead of sending me a new password, I was added to the mailing list and immediately received an email newsletter with a discount code. I just wanted to reset my email, you scam artists. Will definitely try every other supplier in the future and tell everyone to avoid small rig if they can
