MISLEADING AND DISHONEST!!! JUNK PRODUCTS! I ordered the Moonstone Luck Ring Moonstone, JUNK! Trinket worthy of 25 cents in a gum-ball machine. Cheap metal (not sterling silver) the rose gold and gold floating bands are actually PAINTED those colors and not the actual type of metal. The bands do not float but are stationary. The supposed “moonstone” is literally PLASTIC glued into place. And the welding beads are huge and sloppy. If you are looking to glean some benefit from what are supposed to be mood uplifting and healing properties, this is NOT THE PLACE to purchase anything. Also 30 day money back guarantee is contingent on YOUR PAYING THE POSTAGE TO SEND BACK OVERSEAS! No prepaid labels. Customer service is limited to emailing via their site and it takes them days and weeks to acknowledge your message. You will be chasing your own tail trying to get your money back. The 18 positive reviews on their site are all STAGED. Please do some research ioutside of that forum and see some of the true and dissatisfied customers. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with olivenorma. They are a scam and sell junk!

FREE RETURNS CLAIM IS 100% A LIE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I ordered a ring. It came. Took forever to arrive. Because the quality was not what was described (not sterling silver, and not a moonstone but plastic) I contacted customer service to process a return. After 4 attempts to arrange for a prepaid return label to be sent to me, they gave me an address and expected for me to pay for shipping back to them myself. When I told them they are supposed to provide the shipping label for the advertised “free return” they all the sudden told me the ring didn’t come from them and to check to see if I’d bought elsewhere. REALLY?!? I sent all the details of the order and the receipt to them to show it was purchased from them. I have contacted the better business bureau. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Completely FRAUDULENT! Quality is equivalent to a gumball machine trinket. Customer service is nonexistent. LIE ABOUT MATERIALS USED IN PRODUCT AND “FREE” RETURN POLICY. I wish I could do more to force the company to be accountable for their false and misleading claims. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!! If there was a way to give negative stars, I’d do so. Hope this prevents someone else from making the same mistake I did by doing business with olivenorma. THEY LIE!!!
