Items was supposed to be delivered…
Items was supposed to be delivered 7days ago. The response to my question where is package and can they expedite another one because was leaving out of town and needed for presentation. I could of order from Amazon same item. My question got ignored and I still don't have the monitor screens. Thought they would have a better policy to fix the situation or service recovery, but nothing so far.
