Road Top BMW x3 uk
I purchased a BMW X3 display from eBay UK, believing I was buying directly from the manufacturer because the seller was listed as “Road Top Official Store”. After the purchase, I contacted Road Top using the official contact details on their website to ask about software updates. I received the following response: “I’m sorry, my friend, we do not support after-sales service from third-party platforms.” This is extremely misleading. The use of “Official Store” clearly creates the impression of an authorized or direct manufacturer account, yet the company refuses any support and distances itself from purchases made through that channel. This is not transparent and feels deliberately deceptive. Customers are being misled into believing they are buying directly from the official source, only to be denied basic after-sales support afterward. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this Seller!!!!
