BUYER BEWARE
Placed an order 18th November. Tracking was sent on the 24th but only after contacting them asking for an update. Tracking displayed in transit continuously so made contact again on December 2nd and received a reply 2 days later stating item on was out of stock and they would ship as soon as they receive more stock!!!! Have contacted Mecrob again asking for a refund but no response!! I’m down £82, please can I have a refund Mecrob, this was meant to be a birthday present. BUYERS BEWARE - YOU MAY GET A HEADACHE FROM CHASING THIS COMPANY, NOT FROM ACTUALLY MAKING IT!!!!!! 😡
