I would give 0 if I could! I ordered 3x kits with names and numbers on 17th November (thinking this would give plenty of time for Christmas) and still not received. After waiting 3 weeks I contacted via email, website and WhatsApp and was told my items hadn't been dispatched yet but would be prioritised - 5 weeks now and still nothing. Judging by other reviews there's no chance of a refund or return if not good quality. I won't ever use them again.
