Poor Service, Poor Quality
I'm a Realtor and have used this company for listing prep twice now due to the valuable pay at closing option. The first job was okay but service was poor and communication with bosscat was non-existent. Their field service manager no-showed our initial appointment. I had to communicate directly with the sub they hired and have him back out multiple times to complete or correct work. This job (ongoing) I've dealt with a lack of communication (all loosely reactive, not proactive), poor attitudes from the field service manager, project manager making excuses at every turn as to why I can't get in touch with her. I've had to have them do multiple reworks now (on our third) due to missed line items and poor quality work. My clients are complaining about the workers using my client's ladders and standing on their furniture to paint etc.. as well as not showing up on time once. I will never recommend this company again and don't suggest you do. They will make you look bad and do not care.
