Scammy behavior when attempting to cancel an order
The only way to cancel an order is to write an email that they may choose not to respond. They lure you in with fake discounts and then charge you a different price. I find the practices of this company scammy and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I requested cancellation of my order within 15 minutes of placing it as I realized they charged the wrong price. They promptly replied offering an alternative to the cancellation, which is not what I desired. Then when I reiterated I was interested in a cancellation and not a refund for the price difference, they proceeded to ignore me. They say after the order has been shipped they can’t help with the order cancellation, but they refuse to respond to cancellation requests even when they have been placed early in the process. Scammy company, I don’t want to have anything to do with them or their products. I will update my review accordingly if they honor the information on their website about order cancellations.
