Almost returning the product..
Almost returning the product due to some misunderstanding about how to use it, but thanks to the kind assistance of your customer service , now I'm keeping it and consider giving it a try. The best service I've ever experienced, willing to compromise and super informative. Shout out to customer service team, especially Vicky. 💕
