Really bad customer support boots arrived over a month later.
I placed my order, money was drawn from my account and got no confirmation of my order. Sent numerous emails and messages on instagram and never got a proper response until a month later when someone said they will ship my boots asap. After over a month I received my boots which I really liked but customer service was awful.
