Frustrating Logistics & Customer Service Process
Awful. Didn’t receive my complete order. Customer service unhelpful and dishonest. I think it’s a scam outfit. UPDATED REVIEW: Following Litfad's reply to my very poor review their customer service team contacted me. I then received the rest of my shipment (6+ months after ordering). In the end, it was slightly damaged, but I have what I ordered and it will do. Aside from the damage, the quality of the piece was decent, solid wood and easy to assemble. They actually tried to deliver me a second one in November 2025, so something is amiss in their logistics chain. I would not use them again, but I do appreciate that the company eventually responded to my complaint once it was put on a public forum. For that reason, I adjusted the score up to 2 stars.
