MAXFREE IS NOT HASSLE-FREE
MAXFREE IS NOT HASSLE-FREE. After being told the Maxfree 2 was "perfectly compatible with [my] laptop" and it was not, I was recommended to purchase a $40 accessory from Amazon they would not provide me with. They were able to give me a refund equal to the part I had to expense, but since it has been over two weeks and Amazon has not shipped the recommended accessory, I still can't use my Maxfree 2, or even determine if it is workable. Very disappointing experience, considering the extensive discussion I had with their staff via emails prior to making my purchase; hoping to ensure everything went well. :-(
