Reduced my anxiety and improved my life
I have been using Lignosis for over a year, as I have been having difficulties with my breathing, along with an Asthma diagnosis. I would cough a lot and experienced a lot of wheezing, which troubled me at night, getting to sleep was always difficult. Since taking Lignosis regularly all my symptoms have reduced considerably. I did an experiment and stopped using the powder for a week only to discover all my symptoms returned so for me this is proof it really has had a very positive impact on my life.
