I was reluctant to fly with them…
I was reluctant to fly with them because of all the bad reviews! But…… I flew from Sri Lanka to Thailand with Air Asia with my bike, luggage and carry on and had no problem at all. Basic flight but worth it, as it was hassle free, easy booking, easy check in and dropping off bike and bags was normal. So for me they were great!! I never write reviews..
