Paid extortionate amount for ‘express delivery’ which was supposed to be 7-10 days. I’ve been told a 3 weeks later that my parcel will arrive in another 3 weeks. Nearly 2 months for delivery after paying over £30 for delivery which was supposed to be with me in just over a week. Customer service have not been helpful and said there’s nothing they can do. I suggested refunding the express delivery cost, as I should have chosen free delivery, maybe it would have arrived already. Be vigilant, if they are able to lie about delivery times they must be lying about other things too.
