GVC is misleading and fraudulent
I do not recommend this company at all. It is misleading and fraudulent. My experience has been terrible. I used GVC to process visas for my family (2 adults and 2 children) for Kenya and paid for an express service to get the visas in 5 hours. It took well more than that - almost 10 hours. I was charged US$ 996 when in fact I should have been charged $ 300 (Kenya visa at $51 per adult and $ 99 per adult for the rapid processing fee). GVC ended up falsely charging the same amounts for our 2 children who Kenya immigration confirmed upon arrival that they do not need visas just free e-passes. Not that GVC cared to be honest about that they just invoiced me $300 for the 2 kids as well. On top of that they added a dubious charge of $95 per person (x4) for some so called administrative fee related to the fact that the visas were for Canadian passports. Again Kenya immigration confirms this was nonsense. A scam. I have challenged GVC on all of this and they have lamely stated that they can’t refund me. I will be reporting them officially to Kenya Immigration and request that they are blacklisted on the Kenya Immigration website.
