Ordered some things from them. Package was stuck in customs for over 4 months. During this time their customer service was terrible, their email response time was typically 5-14 days, they kept giving me dates to wait to before they would refund me or send me a new package. Everytime that date happened they told me to continue to wait. At the 3 month mark they still refused a refund/new package and gave me a 5 dollar credit and said to keep waiting without giving me a new date. They refused to contact customs to find out if there was a paperwork error or taxes not paid. Package never arrived and after multiple attempts to try and resolve the issue, I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. 2FVape then deleted my account and banned me. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.
