returned product NO REFUND
I purchased plug covers, they were not as described. Over email they finally sent me a return label and said once they got the product they would refund. The return was delivered, I asked why they were procrastinating the refund, their reply was "I didn't procrastinate. It really cannot be refunded". .....This is a online company DO NOT TRUST!
