The technical support was very prompt
The technical support was very prompt, we got the answer we needed in a day. Just like they promised on their support form. One suggestion is to display a message somewhere on the page to give user a more clear indicator that the question was submitted and that it is in the queue. I wasn't sure if my question went through and had to do multiple times. I am sure I created some trouble for support.
