Firstly, the jewellery pieces sold by Ask & Embla are unique, beautiful and get lots of lovely comments. My daughter was devastated when she lost one of her earrings as she believed the clasp was faulty. I emailed customer services late on a Sunday afternoon not really expecting a response until Monday. It was all sorted within half an hour. A replacement is on the way and my daughter couldn’t be happier. 100% recommended, will definitely buy again.
