Customer service exceeded my expectations! When I first purchased the machine, I was unsure whether it could be delivered to my home in Germany. However, the entire process went incredibly smoothly. Amelia from the customer service team was fantastic—she guided me through the process, kept me updated, and ensured my package arrived safely. Although I haven’t tested the machine yet, I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the delivery experience. Amelia even went the extra mile by checking with me for the tax and customs regulations of my country, so the machine was delivered without any issues. I didn’t have to deal with customs or pay additional taxes, which was a huge relief. Their attention to detail and customer care really stood out!
