Very good customer service
The price was right (low). The shipping cost to Canada was reasonable. I had purchased items previously from other places that were cheap that I had to wait for over a month. I was pleasantly surprised when the item arrived in 2 weeks only. Unfortunately, something was wrong. This can happen. What matters when something goes wrong is how easy it is to deal with it. I submitted a contact request. It was responded to almost immediately. That was awesome. Questions and instructions provided to me to address the issue were clear. The company went out of their way to make everything right. At the end, I have a product exactly as described and to my satisfaction. I will be a repeat a customer. Considering my experience, I strongly recommend MobSpares.
