My socks never arrived
The response from customer service has been quick and they are refunding me, BUT. . . I ordered my socks on Black Friday, they were supposed to arrive by 12/9 and now are just lost in the ether and I won’t have them to give as gifts. I’m very disappointed. Other than that just interactions have been good
