Rotimatic broke down
Rotimatic broke down. Troubleshooting with them on the app was unsuccessful. They said they would send me another one over the app. Asked for email confirmation, never got one. Can't get a hold of anyone. Tried email and chat. No one replies. Worst customer service on earth.
