Poor delivery service, but decent product
Ordered on the 28th of November. Product wasn't shipped until 3 weeks later on the 18th of December. It is set to arrive in January, which is a shame because it was meant to be a Christmas present for my dad. Very poor delivery service. EDIT: My order has arrived and I am amending my experience from a 1 star to 4 stars. The actual model makes up for the bad shipping experience and my dad is really enjoying putting it together. It is well made and the tools that were supplied are of decent quality. They also include a lot of spare parts. Some advice for Mecrob. Either announce poor shipping times on your website so that people don't expect it to arrive in a timely manner, or just use a better shipping company. It should not take 3 weeks from the order date for you to actually ship the order.
