Terrible company
I am very disappointed with this hair company. I've order with this company several times and they have only gotten one of my orders right. I ordered this wig 250% density in a 24 inch. The hair was extremely thin and did not come close to being 250% density, it was more 150% density. I contacted the seller for a refund. I was asked to keep the wig or give it away as a gift, and I would be given $15 for a future order. I declined the offer. The seller wanted photos of the wig and so I sent photos of the wig I received. The seller then provided me with the address to retun the wig. I returned the wig, provided the seller with the tracking information. The wig was delivered to the return address on 12/04/2023. I contacted the seller on 12/06 and informed them the wig was delivered. The seller then responded that the address they provided me with was a friends address, and they have to verify with their friend if the wig had been received. Since then, I have contacted the seller several times regarding my refund, and they keep stating they have to very with their friend. Now the seller has stop responding to my emails. Today is 12/26 and I had to file a credit dispute with my bank to get my money back. Do not take chances with this company. What you order and pay for will never be what you receive, this is the experience I've had. Also, it won't allow you to leave a review on their website if you don't give their wigs a 5 star.
