I was having trouble making a payment to start using the service. The customer support (Ronak) was really good and helped me arrange payment. Even gave me $3 to start making calls before I even paid. The connection can be a little sketchy. But all of the internet based connections are. The website is easy to use, and once set up. A breeze to call. Highly recommended. An English man in China calling home.
