Had an issue but it was resolved
I've ordered here before without problems. On my most recent transaction they sent me an expired key. After I contacted them they make you jump through a lot of hoops to get a new one. Chat responses take FOREVER and when they do appear they are generic and just a copy paste of 1 person who doesn't seem to read the actual responses. ------ Update: The issue was resolved nicely.
