Fraud Visa Services
I applied for a 30day visa for a holiday to Bali via GVC. The visa should have only cost $50 Aud, however GVC didn’t declare what the charges were and when they charged my bank card I was shocked to see that they charged $210 USD or $309 Aud (ie 6 times more). This was fraudulent as I didn’t authorise this amount for the payment, they just charged my account as without confirming the amount. Do not provide this company with any bank or credit card information nor would I recommend using them. I have requested an immediate refund as they have not even provided the visa that they overcharged for, furthermore GVC requested more information for processing the visa. This should have all been requested before charging any fees and also they should have clearly informed prospective victims of what the charges would be before charging accounts. I have informed my bank to open an investigation on this transaction and company and asked for a refund. If they don’t refund the full amount I will inform relevant government authorities to investigate and take further action. Please be informed NOT to use this company as they misrepresent charges and don’t deliver on services. Will let you know if they redeem themselves by refunding my monies.
