Account update
I called to update my account, and spoke to Michele in the Pet Plus department. She provided outstanding customer service. She was professional, polite, and courteous. Resolved everything I called about. It's always exciting to experience outstanding customer service, because it's rarely received or practiced anymore. She's my VIP. Great Job, Michele!
