I have purchased 3 watches from Watch Chest. In every case the experience was very high quality. One of the watches quit running about a month after it was delivered. When I notified them there was no hesitancy in honoring their guarantee. I was provided a shipping label and instructions immediately. The shipping was insured and simple. When it was returned it came securely boxed and insured. I highly recommend doing business with Watch Chest.
