PATHETIC staff at Netaji subhas Chandra airport Kolkata named Sundip Rana, who discarded my hidden disability and told I don’t look disabled inspite of me showing him a UK DISABILITY CARD. Such an uneducated and illiterate staff should not be allowed to have this job. I request strict disciplinary measures to be taken against such people who disregard people with hidden disabilities inspite of physical proof. SUNDIP RANA “SHAME ON YOU “ INDIGO AIRLINES DO BETTER !!
