Genuine dedicated and caring agent.
I landed on the FareBarber website through Instagram. I was initially unfamiliar with their services, leading to some reservations about making a booking on their website. However, the experience turned out to be wonderful with the assistance of a live agent. The agent, remarkably friendly & patient, not only helped me navigate the booking process but also helped me find a better deal shortly after my initial reservation. A follow-up call from the agent informed me about the improved option, and without hesitation. I gladly accepted the fantastic offer. I appreciate that they go above and beyond to serve their customers.
