Disappointing Experience with NIU Scooter - Buyer Beware
I recently purchased the NIU QK1 Pro, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. The scooter is now discontinued at their branch, making it impossible to find tires. Despite my efforts to address this issue by visiting the store, calling multiple times, and messaging through the app, there has been no helpful response. It’s disheartening that they seem indifferent to customer concerns. I cannot recommend buying their product due to the lack of support and availability of essential parts.
