BlueSG hotline almost 24/7 busy
BlueSG hotline almost 24/7 busy. 1am call in, 1 hour 30 mins, hung my call. I have never seen a customer service hotline which is this bad.. the port I always use, has a problem for 4 years. It never get fixed. Finally, I decided that using the bluesg not beneficial for me plus it wastes a lot of my time trying to reach them to sort these little things. Perhaps this comment is bias cause of the bad experience, but the experience is over the years. Think about it
