Harassment and Refusal to fix their problems
I've been a customer for only 4 months and been having issues with a immunify 360 application HostKoala installed on my shared server. I submitted 5+ tickets to support over the course of a few weeks trying to get this issue solved. They are saying its my fault and being increasingly rude when I am trying to just resolve this issue. I've used web hosts and specifically Cpanel for nearly 10 years and never encountered such rude support. I would not recommend them on the support alone. There was also some downtime issues which may have been my fault when it comes to getting blocked by immunify or something. Still would not recommend. They need a change of support staff here. Anytime I update my support ticket, i get berated and given ultimatums. HostKoala is cheap but not cheap enough for the headache. I will not be renewing my next 4 months with them.
