No more easybook
Bought 2 " supernice " coach tickets from Melaka sentral to Larkin sentral to depart on 26 Dec 3pm. Also paid for the refund protection. We waited for the coach till 5pm but they never arrive so we have to buy 2 more tickets from another operator as we have to rush back to jb to catch the 9.30pm ktm train. We try to apply for refund for the unused coach tickets.But easybook said it is not possible!!! Then what is the point of buying refund protection?????
