Never received item I paid for. Never got money back either
I ordered and paid for a sweatshirt on October 1, 2023. I have never received my item. I have emailed the listed customer support several times to no avail. I even provided proof that the item has been paid in full. The only response I get is that they will look into the matter and get back with me. The have never gotten back with me on the status.
