Bad customer service
Went to the store that’s located in Irving Park Plaza in Norridge, Illinois. The so-called manager was very rude and didn’t understand that I did not get my discount on my receipt. You buy $40 worth of merchandise and you get $5.00 off. I did that, but my receipt did not show it. I questioned her and showed her the receipt. She said on her register showed that I got my five dollars off, on my receipt it showed no discount of five dollars. I proceeded to add up on my Calculator everything I bought it totaled $44.96. from there five dollars should’ve been taken off, and the total would’ve been $39.96 then you add the tax. But on the receipt, I was charged, $50.10. No, five dollar discount . They are ripping people off if they do not check the receipts before they leave the store! Hi asked her again to fix the problem. She said no she couldn’t do anything about it, So I returned everything. Then she would not give me a copy of the return receipt. She said that they keep the copy and do not give it to the customer. I will never go there again and hopefully no one else will.
