Customer Service is absolutely atrocious.
I ordered a cover that said it would fit my pop-up camper. It did not fit, I could not even get it over the top four corners. I sent them an email hoping to exchange it for the next size up. They are refusing to do an exchange unless I drive 20 minutes to where the camper is stored, to take pictures for them to prove that the original does not fit. In the email they sent they claimed that the pictures were not required. But they are 100% refusing to do an exchange unless I go take these pictures. To be clear, I was not asking for a refund. I was asking for an exchange for the next size up. Now I just want my money back so that I can go with a company that actually has an ounce of Customer Service. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
