Good not fit for purpose
Ordered 2 mugs that state make a sound when you take a sip. Looked amazing, however when they arrived they were just 2 normal mugs Tried to resolve the problem as they were not fit for purpose ,the company responded but offered me £5 refund. I tried several emails later asking for a return address and full refund but they would not listen they then offered me £8 refund and that's the best they couldn't offer me. They would not acknowlege the fact that the mugs were clearly not what they were advertising. To be honest I couldn't be bothered to waste my time any further. They are a total scam and I would not bother with them.
