Order items monies taken out BUT no information given to Customer. Call and emailed about products ordered 12/13/23, told large volume of ordered on 12/28/23. As of this day 1/5/24 NO INFO. Why must I do all this for products when they have received the money already.Don’t care HOW GREAT products are just not worth the aggravation. If can’t HANDLE the volume don’t run promotions.
