Disappointing company
I placed an order for a main board for my Toshiba Tv with this company on October 24 and paid in full. As of today, 35 days later, I still have not received my purchase or a refund. I contacted customer support on several occasions, but no reply. I understand delays can happen, but going this long without receiving the product or a clear resolution has been disappointing. I hope the company improves its communication and delivery reliability.
