Seicane - this company is a SCAM
We are a Mercedes Benz repair facility… a Customer had us ordered two Radio/Stereos from Seicane for both of his Cars. The Unit for a 2005 MBZ CL55 did not even powered up/it would not turn On at all. Customer service gives us the run around with useless and conflicting information… and having to wait day after day after day for the responses (no live support, and no instruction on installation, nor wiring schematics whatsoever) To make it even worst, they will not take it back because of Customs and Desinfecting and ALL Kind of excuses - but they offer me $90 back after spending $880 - This Company is a SCAM!!! - Do NOT buy ANYTHING from them. Keep your hard earn money safe, away from Seicane!!!
