Sent wrong key, 2 weeks of no real help.
Ordered a world wide steam game key, key was not available to redeem in the UK. after 2 weeks of back and forth with customer support, still no key or refund in sight. Apparently Livecards are awaiting a response from their supplier but this is a ridiculous amount of time I have waited because of your incompetence. I've provided all the evidence you need, just refund me the money and be done with it. Order from a different store don't waste your time.
