Got Refund eventually
The order, a desk took a few weeks to arrive in UK. Ordered 6/11/23 - arrived UK 15/12-23. It was logged in the XPD Collection Depot on 21/12/23 advising it would be sent out for delivery soon. As it was Xmas I didn’t pursue until end of Dec. XPD advised the supplier has to raise the search. I emailed and they said they would do so. Although Litfad replied to my emails promptly they said they had asked XPD to search for desk but they hadn’t. I got through to XPD after a hour on hold and they confirmed no search had been raised. I did feel fobbed off by Litfad when asking for a refund - lots of repeated offers of 5/10/15 % off and resending the desk. Eventually after putting this review on the VIP support contacted -they did initially re offer the money off a few times and another desk but agreed in end to refund. That came a few hours later via Klarna (my payment method) so I am relieved as it was £533 - not an insignificant sum.
