Do Not Trust This Company
I was given a address near me to have my lab test. When I arrived at the location another company existed with a different name. I call to confirm address and an employee repeated the same location. She also asked if I wanted to change locations. After I refused to change locations and wanted a refund. I was told that they would keep 20% of the refund. I just called my credit card company and reported this incident. Do not trust this company. Could end up like me. Paying up front is always a bad idea. Take it from me or you could be the next one make a phone call.
