SCAM ARTISTS… Ordered items with rush delivery for the holidays and when they didn’t arrive on time, I emailed Customer Service to request cancellation and refund, but they responded with delayed shipping updates and offered a $6 refund (on a $115 order)?! I replied with very clear confirmation that I wanted to cancel the order and process the refund immediately and they waited several more days to then reply with a bogus shipping update. Terrible
