DIRX shipped my elderly mother an empty package. When I called to have it rectified, they said someone would call me back with an update. No one did. I got a notification it was being processed through normal processing. I called back the next day and said it needed to be expedited and I needed an update that it was being handled. Wanted and refused to comp a $15 expedite fee for their packaging error.
