0 Stars!!! I ordered a product at the beginning of December. It was supposed to be a gift for Christmas, so I chose the fast shipping method. As soon as I read the reviews here, I wanted to cancel the order, but never heard back from customer service, which doesn't seem to exist. On 28th of Dec. 2023 my order arrived, despite several attempts to cancel the order. The quality is very poor and of course I want to return the order. The website says to contact customer service to get return information. I have already written 5 emails and would like an answer!!! Update: Thanks fpr the answer. It was not clear from your reply whether you will contact me by e-mail or not. My order number was #3752
